THE RATES QUOTED ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE AND COMPRISE: VAT LOCAL AND ROAD TAXES (TAX) UNLIMITED MILEAGE THIRD PARTY LIABILITY BREAK DOWN ASSISTANCE GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Renter's and Driver's age: Minimum age required is 23 years old for groups Econ, A & B, and 25 years old for groups C, D, & E. 2. Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, and have passed their test at least 2 years ago. 3. Additional driver(s): For each additional non-family member driver a fee of 5 Euros will be charged. 4. Terms of payment: The full cost of rental is payable upon return of the vehicle. 5. Petrol and Refueling Charge: The Renter pays for petrol consumed during the rental. The tank will be full upon collection, please return it full to avoid an extra charge. 6. Lost registration documents: In case of loss a charge of 60 Euros will be made. 7. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, will be charged to the renter. 8. Deposit: The Renter must pay 100 Euros refundable deposit. You may pay this by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cheque, to our UK office prior to your departure for Bulgaria, or in cash at the time of collection. 9. Insurance does not cover any damage caused to the car underbody or to the tires, caused by the renter's negligence. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS/ADVICE 1. Bulgaria's roads are not up to the standard of those in the UK. Potholes are common and can be dangerous, so please take care when driving. Please remember that damage to tyres and floorpan are not covered by insurance. 2. Our cars are not suitable for off-road adventures, or for use as builders vans: you will loose your deposit if you abuse our vehicles. 3. Out of Hours (after 9pm or before 8am) collection or return will be charged at 5.00 Euros. HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING 1. Please complete the Booking Form. 2. We will respond confirming availability and price. 3. You may confirm by post (to our UK Office) or email. We require a deposit of 10 UK Pounds to make a reservation for you. This may be paid by Cheque, Paypal, or Bank Transfer. 4. Payment: You may choose to pay the balance of hire charges prior to your departure for Bulgaria, using the above methods, or, if you prefer, in cash upon collection of the vehicle. A Deposit of 100 Euros is required either by advance payment, or in cash upon collection of the vehicle. If you prefer to pay in Bulgaria then you may use Visa & Mastercard in addition to cash. 5. The price of rental varies with the season, demand and availability. We will give an individual quotation for each enquiry that we receive which may be higher or lower than our published prices, but which will always be the best price available to you on that day. |
